This site describes our services and lets you contact us. It is not a booking system and carries no online payment.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, coverage, fleet and timings are indicative. A binding agreement arises only when we issue a written quotation or contract and you accept it in writing.
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or reserve capacity. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and depend on the accuracy of the information you provide about cargo type, weight, dimensions, route and timing.
The carriage of goods is governed by the separate terms of the contract of carriage we issue, together with the applicable Ghanaian transport and customs law, and for cross-border movements the relevant international conventions.
