Cold chain rarely fails during the drive. It fails at the handovers — cargo standing on a loading bay in Accra heat, a vehicle pre-cooled too late, or a door held open while paperwork is found.
Ghana's climate is unforgiving of these gaps. Ambient temperatures above 30°C mean a chilled consignment can leave its safe range in minutes, and the damage is often invisible until the customer complains.
Our procedure is deliberately dull, because dull is what keeps product in specification.
Different products need different set points, and mixing them on one vehicle without planning is how consignments get rejected. Tell us the product and we will confirm the band and whether it can share a load.
