Nii Plants Logistics Limited (“we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in Ghana, registration number TODO-COMPANY-REGISTRATION-NUMBER, with its registered office at Plantville Residences, Poultry Farm Avenue, Akokor Foto – Dansoman, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana under registration number TODO-DPC-REGISTRATION-NUMBER.
Questions about this policy or your data should go to privacy@niiplantsghana.com or +233 30 244 1805.
This policy is written to satisfy the Republic of Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Where we handle the data of people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also apply the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the UK GDPR.
Where the two regimes differ, we apply whichever gives you the stronger protection.
We deliberately collect as little as possible. This is a brochure website with no accounts, no logins and no online payments.
We do not collect special personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, political opinions, biometrics) and ask that you do not include such information in your enquiry.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, under contract:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Our hosting and email providers operate servers outside Ghana, including in the European Union and the United States. That means your enquiry may be processed abroad.
Act 843 s.18 permits such transfers where the receiving country offers adequate protection or you have consented. For transfers out of the EEA or UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' own certifications. You may request details of these safeguards from us at any time.
Under Act 843 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email privacy@niiplantsghana.com. We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee. We may ask you to verify your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
Please raise concerns with us first — we would rather fix a problem than have you escalate it. If you remain dissatisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana on +233 30 296 8080. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may instead complain to your national supervisory authority.
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy and modern security headers. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted, access to our mailbox is restricted to staff who need it, and we do not store enquiry data in any database on this website.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we will notify the Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as the law requires.
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes to how we use your data will be brought to your attention on the site, and where consent is the basis we will ask again.
